• Data of buyers (shareholders/members/participants): if the buyer is a natural
  person, a copy of the document confirming personal identity, address of the place of
  residence. If the buyer is a legal entity – registration certificate/extract, copy of the director’s
  identity document, articles of association. The extract of a foreign legal entity must be
  legalized with a stamp (Apostille) and translated into Lithuanian. Countries exempted from
  legalization and approval of Apostille: Estonia, Latvia, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine.
• Information on the percentage of shares that will be managed (in the case of
  UAB);
• The director’s name, surname, personal identification number, address of the
  place of residence;
• Contacts (phone number, e-mail).
