Company establishment

Required data:

• Legal form of the company;
• Company name;
• Company activity/-ies;
• The authorized company capital (minimum UAB authorized capital – 1000 Eur);
• Data of the founders (shareholders/members/participants): if the buyer is a natural person, a copy of the document confirming personal identity, address of the place of residence. If the buyer is a legal entity – registration certificate/extract, copy of the director’s identity document, articles of association. The extract of a foreign legal entity must be legalized with a stamp (Apostille) and translated into Lithuanian. Countries exempted from legalization and approval of Apostille: Estonia, Latvia, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine. Information on the percentage of shares that will be managed (in the case of UAB);
• The director’s name, surname, personal identification number, address of the place of residence;
• company registration address (if premises are owned by an individual person, the Agreement must be certified by a notary; if the premises owner is a legal person, the Agreement must be signed by the director of a legal person; if the premises are pledged to a bank, the bank’s consent is required);
